This family has been recommended by Project Hope.

After escaping domestic violence to safely raise her four year-old son and his seven year-old sister, Ms. C is staring down the barrel of eviction.

A household respectful of values, Ms. C has been a hardworking parent after graduating from Project Hope’s Workforce Program. Her tragic layoff after consistent work in the medical field has left her fighting for her home – and security.

A strong payment history begs her long-term landlord to let her find help before he is forced to evict them. “I have always been motivated,” Ms. C explains, “I just want to provide for my children and be the best role model.” Not a stranger to hard work – she’ll take two jobs if necessary.

Ms. C fills the home with values. “I always did my homework at the kitchen table while my mom prepared dinner - I do the same.” She values a home filled with books, respect, and in her words: “…most importantly with love.”

A total of $1500 is needed by March 2nd to keep two fragile children safe. To keep a strong, young mother secure. And to keep family values alive. Ms. C hopes against hope. Can you help her today?
