Holiday Music Benefits Families in Need
Our Finest Gifts CD
More than 30 Boston-area musicians have generously contributed original and traditional holiday songs for a double CD that will benefit SmallCanBeBig.org.
The album, "Our Finest Gifts, Happy Holidays from the Greater Boston Music Scene," was initiated by Beverly singer-songwriter Jon Waterman, who reached out to the music community for songs that would collectively aim to create a diverse holiday album representing all cultural and religious groups. The CD comprises 33 songs and two spoken word pieces.
The album will be distributed through this website and in various retail stores throughout the area. Musicians who contributed songs to the album will also sell the CDs at their upcoming shows through the end of the year.
The project’s Facebook Page and Myspace Page provide a complete list of participating musicians, artists, and organizers of the project. Updates on news of upcoming shows will also be posted.
